Our Ayurveda retreat packages are fully inclusive of accommodation and three delicious vegetarian meals daily.

We use traditionally made, best quality oils and medicines for all of our packages.

We have an onsite Ayurvedic doctor, a consulting doctor, male and female therapists, and a full time Yoga instructor to deliver these packages to the highest standards.

1. Ayurvedic Healthcare Package

• This package aims to offer you holistic ayurvedic treatment after doctor’s consultation. The doctor will check your current health condition and past medical records before prescribing a personalized Ayurvedic treatment best suited for your body type.

2. Yoga Meditation package

• This package is best for those looking for a calmer self. Our Yoga guru will offer you a personalized yoga regime and guide you every day to relax your body and mind. Our Ayurvedic doctor will check your current health condition and past medical records before prescribing a personalized Ayurvedic treatment best suited for your body type.

3. Ayurvedic De-stress Package

• We understand the everyday stress that you go through. Our special package to destress is a combination of Yoga and Ayurveda that lets you relax, refresh and recharge. Our ambience itself is quite refreshing. You may opt for the various activities we have as well.

4. Slimming &Weight Loss Package (14/21 days)

• Weight management is a major challenge for people of all ages these days. At Munkudil, we offer a holistic Ayurvedic way for sustainable weight management using a mix of Yoga, Ayurveda and special Diets.

5. Ayurvedic Anti-ageing Package

• Ayurveda is known for its anti-ageing Kayakalpa treatment which has been around for decades. Post consultation, our Ayurveda doctor and Yoga guru, together will offer you the best anti-ageing treatment which will offer lasting results.

6. Ayurvedic Immunity BoosterPackage

• A stressful lifestyle and adulterated food have taken a toll on our natural immunity. At Munkudil, we offer specialized treatment for boosting immunity. The exact treatment regime will be prescribed by the Ayurvedic doctor after consultation.

7. Special Ayurveda Honeymoon Package

• Ayurveda has some magical treatments to invoke your libidos mindfully. Our ambience and special honeymoon spa treatments along with Yoga and Ayurveda will make your honeymoon even more special.

8. Panchakarma: A detoxification and rejuvenation package

• This treatment promotes detoxification and rejuvenation through a holistic approach. Founded on the concepts of balance and harmony, Panchakarma offers an opportunity to cleanse the body, boost the immune system, and restore overall well-being. 
• Panchakarma is a Sanskrit term that translates to “five therapeutic measures.” It entails a series of advanced treatments to cleanse the body of vitiated doshas (life energy). Panchakarma not only detoxifies the body but also strengthens the immune system, rejuvenates the mind, and restores overall balance by addressing the fundamental cause of imbalance.

The five main treatments in panchakarma are:

1. Vamana
2. Virechana
3. Vasti
4. Nasya
5. Raktamoksha

Accomodations:

• We have 7 rooms in total. We can accommodate up to 13 guests.
• 5 rooms have open views to the river and countryside. None are overlooked. The surrounding area is very peaceful. All rooms can be double or twin and all have an en-suite bathroom.
• 2 rooms are separate from the main house.
• The treehouse – A private room and bathroom away for the main house, a great place for a hideaway retreat and tor complete peace and seclusion.
• The bird watching cottage – This structure is made with elephant bamboo from Wyanadu. It’s on the fourth floor level and facing out across the river. Another great place to hideaway for that extra special retreat experience.
